Day 19 – Pescatarian

On the eating front, I feel really good when eating a primarily plant based diet. As I read more of Rich Roll’s book, I’m preferring his PlantPower lifestyle to vegan (after all, Oreo’s are vegan). But for now I’m going to also have fish a couple nights a week, so I guess that makes me pescatarian.

Eating vegan, I really found I like cacao nibs on my smoothies and acai bowls, yummy! Chia, coconut water and good salads were favorites too. I had a really great cucumber salad with avocado, so starting to like avocado to some extent. This is good. Life is good!
