I’ve reached a new milestone. My body mass index has dipped into the top end of the overweight range. Yay! Now just 35 more pounds to reach the top of the normal range.
My focus has not been on weight loss but lowering blood pressure and slowing the progress of CKD. But the two seem to go hand in hand. I’m going celebrate this morning by having a nice hearty whole foods breakfast and green tea! Yum.
And look at that beautiful Kauai water through the trees on Kanalua trail, I can’t believe I was there just a week ago. I’ll post soon on my new, developing, more challenging Kauai hiking goal.
